Information You Submit
A name, phone number, or address entered in a search form is sent to the third-party service that supplies results. Our servers do not retain a copy of those searches. When you send us a message, we receive the information included in that message and use it to respond.
Routine Technical Data
Like most hosted sites, this service receives standard log information such as an IP address, browser type, visited pages, and times of access. We use aggregated log data to maintain the service and understand general use. Cookies or comparable tools may also support basic analytics and, where used, advertising measurement.
How We Use Information

Sunrise Manor Residents Directory links to county and state portals, archives, libraries, and third-party search services. Each destination controls the information submitted on its own website under its own privacy terms. That includes sponsored search results supplied by an outside provider.

Hosting and service providers may process logs to support the website. Analytics and advertising providers may receive the technical data described above. We disclose information when a valid legal process requires disclosure and do not otherwise share it beyond these operating purposes.
Safeguards and Retention
The site uses an encrypted connection, and logs are retained only for the period reasonably needed for the purposes described here. There are no user accounts, so the site does not hold a visitor password or account profile.
Visitors Under 18
This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from people under 18. If you believe a minor has sent information to us, contact us so it can be removed.
Your Privacy Choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information that we hold by using the Contact page. Because the site keeps little visitor data, these requests generally involve checking the contact mailbox and available logs. Public records held by Nevada or Clark County are not controlled by this private site. Their access and confidentiality rules include NRS 440.125, NRS 440.170, and NRS 440.650 for vital records; NRS 293.558 and NRS 293.900–293.912 for voter and protected-person information; and Nevada Public Records Act provisions in NRS 239.010 and NRS 239.0107. Requests to change, restrict, or obtain such records belong with the responsible custodian.
